Overview
Thanks for purchasing our products at junkiecrafts.pk operated by Junkies Crafts Pakistan. In order to be eligible for a return, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Products purchased on sale
- Broken or Torn
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions for Return
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 8 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the products to the address we will provide you. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
